Comprised of Barangays San Antonio Village, San Miguel Village, Bel-Air I-4, Palm Village, La Paz, Singkamas, Tejeros, Sta. Cruz, Kasilawan, Carmona, Olympia, Valenzuela, Guadalupe, Viejo and Poblacion. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the South, by EDSA from the junction of Gil Puyat Avenue, going east up to Pasig River along the boundary from the junction of Pres. Osmeña Highway, going east up to the boundary of Mandaluyong; on the West, by Gil Puyat Avenue, from EDSA junction going to the northwest up to the junction of Pres. Osmeña Highway, thence northward by Pres. Osmeña Highway up to the junction of Zobel Roxas Avenue; and on the East, by Pasig River along the boundary of Mandaluyong. Only the eastern part of Pres. Osmeña Highway (from Gil Puyat Ave., to Zobel Roxas Ave.) and the northern part of EDSA (from Gil Puyat Ave. to J.P. Rizal) belong to this district while both sides of Gil Puyat Ave., (from EDSA to Pres. Osmeña Highway) pertain to this district. Thus, all taxpayers located within the four (4) aforesaid stretch of Gil Puyat Ave. bearing address of said street is under the jurisdiction of this district.
