There are over 39.9 million internet users in the Philippines today which means 4 out of 10 Filipinos are able to access the web. Year on year, Philippines able to improve its internet usage performance and ranking. Internet penetration grew to 39.8% this year, our global ranking is now at number 14 and the internet speed in the Philippines averages at 2.8mbps as well.
