LTO Office Feedback & Reviews

Went here yesterday, I started on the first step for getting a Non-professional license at around 9:30am. Was able to get the “receipt” that can act as your license at around 5pm. I also waited for another 3hrs just to get my Driver’s License card. All in all the experience was so horrible as the process is slow. The waiting area is well air-conditioned but access to mobile internet is the worst. The review room has no air-conditioner it was like a sauna bath. The driving test was done on another location inside the compound. A pretty basic circular track with downhill and uphill ramp.

I visited the LTO for the purpose of converting my foreign license to a local non-professional license. It took me about 30 minutes overall, and that includes filling out the form, taking the DL picture, signature, fingerprints, payment, and release of a brand new drivers license in card form. This does not include the medical check, but that really takes only 5 minutes in a separate building

30 minutes i didn’t believe in that.
I went here for my Driver license. A fixer outside told me that i should have waited hours. When i went inside it was really hot but at least it was really fast. The staff is really courteous and professional.

Arrived 8am, it’s past 4pm and I’m still waiting for releasing. If this is how long it takes to get a license no wonder people opt for fixers.

Parking is horrible because confiscated PUVs take up most of the parking space. Went here for Driver’s License certification and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Photocopying service is overpriced and has low quality.
