LTO Office Reviews

Staff and employees are helpful and friendly but the place is so dirty and was not maintained properly.

Very crowded..poor ventilation..most employees are old, hence a little slow in processing…their practical driving test is a joke.

Put it in perspective, they do the best they can with what they have. Overworked, underpaid, lousy facilities, vendo not working and hot-headed chaotic crowds for a small facility. But the staff is very helpful, they do their best, medical, notary, insurance, good parking and a have a good oil change place next door. So bring light clothing, a fan, cold drinks and realize these guys aren’t getting overtime either… and have a communal sense of misery for all.

LIKES: Very accessible location, fast student license issuance. DISLIKES: poor ventilation- customer has to endure uncomfy situation in the waiting area, incomplete information posted- it does not state that married individual needed a marriage license upon application of license, very poor speakers to call out names- indeed it’s kinda annoying.

Once I had to spend the whole day renewing my license but now it took me just 2 hours. Emission testing should also buy new testers. It took me 3 hours waiting for my turn bec they only had 1 tester for diesel and 1 for gas.
