Productive and Challenging
With Pru Life UK our time was flexible. We only visit the office twice a week and the rest of the days were dedicated for fieldwork. I usually do client calls and meet them to do financial planning presentation. Started as a Financial Consultant when my husband & I transferred to Prulife UK in 2000. After 6 years in sales, i had to take care of the training needs of the branch/agency where we belong especially of the rookies so they can be consistently productive within 90 days. We also launched different kinds of approach in recruiting potential agents where we find holding “Build Your Business” presentations as the most effective. My last job is in the customer service for the agency where a lot of areas has to be improved especially with regards to turning around times in policy servicing.
The atmosphere in the company specifically in the agency where I worked with is professional and ethical though we feel we belong to one family.
The hardest part of my last job is how to deliver the expectations of the clients when it comes to servicing their accounts since the agency just depends on the systems & pace of the whole company.
The most enjoyable part is going to different places in the world, like when we visited Japan last March and went into a Mediterranean cruise last April. We were also in Holy Land last year as well as in Seoul, South Korea, and Taiwan.
