Ultimate Guide to Complete Your SSS Online Registration

I assume you already know what SSS (Social Security System) is for. In case you have no idea, kindly read Understanding What Is Social Security System in the Philippines so you know why you are on this page.

I have been working since 2005 but I haven’t seen how much my SSS contribution and I’m not sure if I was able to pay completely the salary loan I made way back in 2010. In my own opinion, it’s a waste of time to fall in line on any SSS satellite office just to make an inquiry, thanks to that there is now a way online to do it and that’s why I made this ultimate guide to complete your SSS online registration.

Steps On How to register for an SSS Account Online

Please also take note of the following:

  1. If you are working overseas (OFW), self-employed, voluntary member or a non-working spouse, you need to provide them the SBR number. SBR number is found in the receipt (RS-5 Form) upon paying your SSS contribution.
  2. If you are an employee or household helper, you need to provide an Employer SSS ID. Ask your employer to know this details.
  3. If you encounter any problem using the sss website, please call the SSS Hotline number at (632) 920-6446 to 55 or email them at member_relations@sss.gov.ph for assistance.
